Loose-fitting dress, mid-calf or below mid-calf, has shoulder pads, elasticized (seamed) waist, slightly flared skirt, back zipper and short or long sleeves with button cuffs. All have front tuck variations.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
