Misses Dress...
Sizes 14-16-18.
Dress, below mid-knee or below mid-calf, has collar, shoulder pads, loose-fitting, blouson bodice, elastic (seamed) waist, straight or flared skirt and above elbow sleeves with stitched hem.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
