Sizes 8-10-12.
Dress, mid-knee or below mid-calf, has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, loose-fitting bodice, tapered or flared skirt (fitted throught waist) with raised waist, front pleats, button trim, back zipper and long sleeves.

The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
