Sizes 8-10-12.
Double breasted dress, below mid-calf or lower-calf, has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, loose-fitting, pleated bodice, A-lined pleated skirt and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with pleat and button cuffs.

The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
