Sizes 6-8-10.
Dress, mid-knee or below mid-knee, has shoulder pads, fitted bodice, tapered skirt with front pleats, front button and concealed slit opening, back hemline slit and above elbow sleeves with tuck and button trim or long sleeves.

The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
