Sizes 6-8-10.
Dress, mid-calf or below mid-calf , has semi-fitted, low waist, shaped bodice, dirndl skirt, attached ties, back zipper and short, below elbow or long sleeves with button cuffs.

The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
