Midriff top, high waisted playdress with center front slit, or dress with patch pockets has fitted bodice with round neckline, gathered skirt, self armhole ruffles, and back buttoned closing. Full-legged, slightly flared pants or shorts have elasticized back waistline with front band.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
