High waisted dress, four inches above knee or ankle length, has jewel neckline, gathered skirt, with or without self ruffle and sleeve and trim variations. Button off apron has waistband, gathered panel, eyelet and rick-rack trim. Ribbon belt has laced closing.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
