Loose- fitting front- buttoned smock dress has front and back yoke, round collar, full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuff, and topstitch trim. With or without patch pockets. All self or bi-color combinations. Front-zippered, flared self or bi-color pants and shorts are darted into waistband. Topstitch trim.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
