Young Junior/ Teen Dress.

High- waisted dress has round neckline, A-line skirt gathered into fitted bodice, self or contrast front inset, and attached self, contrast or ribbon sash.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
