The dress with back zipper, has high rounded neckline and set-in sleeves gathered at armholes. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves. Rick-rack trimmed v. 1 with contrasting "Peter-Pan" collar has button trimmed bib. V. 2 has two-piece, shaped contrasting collar. V. 3 with short sleeves has lace edging and button trimmed contrasting bib.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
