The shirt-dress has back zipper, two-piece collar and set-in sleeves. V. 1 & 2 have button trimmed front band and long sleeves gathered to snapped cuffs. V. 1 has button trimmed flap pockets and top-stitching. V. 2 with bias front band has ribbon bow. V. 3 has short sleeves and lace jabot.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
