Dress with lowered round neckline has set-in sleeves, back zipper and yoke with loop and button closing. V. 1 and 2 have below elbow length bell-shaped sleeves. V. 1 and 3 with contrasting yoke and sleeves have lace edging trim. V. 1 is ankle-length. V. 2 haws beading and ribbon trim. V. 3 has short sleeves.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
