The top-stitched tops V.1 & 2 have low round neckline. V. 1 with short sleeves made of embroidered eyelet edging is trimmed with previously gathered embroidered eyelet edging is trimmed with previously gathered embroidered eyelet edging. Sleeveless V. 2 has crochet type lace edging trim. The top-stitched tops V.3 & 4 with high round neckline have back zipper and short set-in sleeves. V.4 has puff sleeves gathered with elastic casings.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
