Childs pullover sundress, jumper or top, overalls in two lengths and pull - on pants.

V. 1 top V. 2 dress of jumper and V. 3 and 4 long or short overalls have buttoned shoulders. V. 1 and 3 feature optional applique. V.2 has patch pocket and optional ribbon trim. V. 1 pants have elastic waistline casing.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
