All views have a front band button closing and long sleeves gathered to armhole and to buttoned cuffs. V.1 with collar and self ruffles and v.2 with lace trim have neckband. V. 3 with contrasting double collar and v.4 with lace trimmer collar have ribbon bow.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
