The shorts and bell-bottom pants have elastic waistline casing. The wrap-skirt has cord drawstring slipped thru waistline casing. the sleeveless and collarless top with back zipper has lowered round neckline and optional purchased applique and belt. The shorts, wrap-skirt, and top have optional rick-rack trim.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
