All views have skirt gathered to bodice at hipline, sleeves gathered to armhole and to buttoned cuffs and back zipper. V.2 has purchased lace collar, self sash and button trim. V. 1 and 2 have short sleeves. V. 1, 2 and 3 have tucks and tiered skirt. V. 1 and 4 have optional embroidery. V. 1 has contrasting collar. V. 1, 2, and 4 have ribbon sash. V.3 and 4 have lace trim and long sleeves. V.4 has contrasting layered collar and cuffs.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
