The flared skirt has back zipper and waistband. V.1 with top-stiched flaps has top-stitched carriers buttoned to skirt. V.2 features top-stitched carriers buttoned to top-stitched patch pockets. V.3 has top-stitched patch pockets with turn back flaps.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
