The front-wrap top with low "V" shaped neckline and collar has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and self fabric tie ends. The long flared skirt and the wide-leg pants have back zipper and waistband.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
