Slim dress has back zipper and set-in sleeves. V.'s 1 & 2 with below elbow-length sleeves have optional self-fabric tie belt. V. 1 has jewel neckline. V.2 has V. neckline. V.3 with short sleeves and lowered round neckline has self-fabric or purchased buckled belt.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
