The lined dress with skirt and bodice stitched to shaped midriff has back zipper, neckband and front slit at high round neckline. Top-stitched V.1 has long set-in sleeves. V.2 has short set-in sleeves.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
