All views have front bodice buttoned to waist, side seam pockets and elasticized waistline. V. 4 has self tie belt.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
