Button-front semi-fitted shirts gathered to yoke have notched collar and optional patch pocket. V.1 has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V.2 has short sleeves with tuck detail. V.3 has self-banded extended shoulders. V. 4 is sleeveless.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
