Buttoned or snap fastened Blouse A has shoulder yokes, front and back bands, patch pocket, lower side vents and short sleeves. Top-stitch trim. Buttoned blouses B and C have notched collar and short sleeves. Blouse B has tulip sleeves.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
