Girls Dress and Jumpsuits with front bodice buttons, collar variations, dropped waist with gathered skirt or pants: long or short sleeves: jumpsuits have ankle elastic; contrast variation B,C, and E purchased trim.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
