Dress or top has ruffles, pockets, collar or braid trim. All views have back zipper. Pants have elastic at waist. Neck and front band A or C with tie belt, has button trim.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
