View A (longer length) and B have front zipper, front pleats, pockets in side seams, cuffs and waistband with belt carriers. View C (longer length) and D have slanted inset pockets and partially elasticized waistband. View E (longer length) and F have side seam pockets and elasticized waistband.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
