Pullover dress with elastic in waistline casing has extended shoulders, shoulder pans, back neck opening with button and loop closure, side seam pockets and self-fabric tie belt. View D with button trim, View E or F has contrast collar.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
