Girls self fabric lined jacket or vest with or without ruffle; pull-on skirt with yoke and two tiers of ruffles: pull-on pants have shaped hemline with or without ruffle.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
