Jumper A or B in two lengths has full gathered skirt and bodice variations. Jumper A has back buttoned shoulder straps, back button opening and side seam pockets. Jumper B has shoulder and side buttoned opening and front patch pockets.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
