Dress with madarin collar and front button closing has set-in sleeves, self fabric belt with buckle or self fabric tie belt, optional patch pockets and optional top-stitching trim. Sleeves may be below elbow length or may have turn back cuffs. A purchased belt may be used.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
