Dress has low scooped neckline, back zipper and optional lining. V.1 has long set-in sleeves, self ruffles and bow and optional purchased flower. Sleeveless V.2 has self ruffles and tie belt. Sleeveless V. 3 has eyelet edging ruffles and ribbon trim and bow.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
