V. 1 top with short set-in sleeves has bands at neck and sleeve edges. V. 2 top with short raglan sleeves has elastic casings at neck and sleeve edges. Shorts with fly front zipper have waistband, carriers and button trim. V.3 has flaps..
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
