Semi-fitted low-waisted dress with flared skirt has V-neckline with top-stitch trim or purchased ribbon trim. Full length sleeves with top-stitch trim or short sleeves.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
