Loose-fitting and flared dress three inches below mid-knee has self drawstring scooped neckline.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
