Straight, fitted dress, below mid-knee or lower calf, has neckline variations, front pleats, above elbow or long sleeves and back zipper/slit.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
