Loose-fitting flared dress three inches below mid-knee has round neckline, elasticized waistline, extended shoulders and sash. Flared petticoat, mid-calf length has elasticized waistline and hemline ruffle. Topstitching.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
