The top-stitched dress v. 1 or tunic v.2 with front seam interest has back zipper, high round neckline and short set-in sleeves. Lined dress v. 1 features front slit. The pants v. 2 have elastic waistline casing.

The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
