USPS is used to ship items. Remember that the US Post office has gotten to be awfully slow. It is taking anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks after it is taken to the post office for it to reach its destination. I don't know where it is after I take it to the post office, they have it until it is delivered to you.

If payment is by US POSTAL MONEY ORDER it is shipped within 5 business days.. If payment is through any other type of money order it will be delayed 14 to 16 business days as the bank does treat them as checks. They are authentic Avon products . Some have been discontinued for several years. I do not know how long most of them have been discontinued .

I ship with a verified address only. If Paypal has it as an unconfirmed address. We are not provided Seller protection. Paypal does not recommend that we send items to unconfirmed addresses. Items are sent to address that is listed on Paypal. Sorry. Also most of the time if Paypal is not able to verify the address the US Post Office does not recognize it as a legal address and we can not print postage to ship packages to unrecognized legal address with the USPS.

It is your responsibility to give us a correct address for your purchase to be delivered to. If for any reason your package is returned to us as undeliverable, you must pay another shipping and handling charge. Make sure that your address is correct as we do ship to the address on Paypal.
