The flared skirt with front seam interest has front-button closing and waistband. V. 1 is above knee length. V.2 is regular length. V.3 is below knee length. V.4 is ankle length.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
